More than 10 entries now! w00t!

My suggestion for those who don't have enough time to read the whole thing (I understand completely...it's NOT a short story after all) is that you pick characters from the guide sheets, and check them out in the other artworks.
I also help people pick scenes to illustrate, or simply elaborate on characters if they think that'll help in the portrayal. Just NOTE me.

I hope however, that you will read it...eventually.


CURRENT PRIZES
-First place: 1 request fully inked artwork, original to be shipped to you. Colored version uploaded and dedicated. A print of your choice, and a 3 month subscription.
-Second place: 1 request artwork (uploaded with dedication) and a 1 month subscription.

IF ENTRIES EXCEED 10 THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL/UPGRADED PRIZES

Honorable Mentions (2) will receive small prints and dedicated sketches. One will be for the best local work, and one I reserve for judge's prerogative.

All artworks will be featured in my journal for as long as the contest runs.
Winners will be featured permanently on my shoutboard.


RULES of the CONTEST
-Artwork must include at least 2 main characters from the story
-Illustration of a definite scene from the story is preferred, but you can also do pin-up poster types.
-Please include a short explanation of why you picked that scene/those characters.

-Any media is acceptable.

-Maximum of 2 entries per person. Collaborations are acceptable.

-Submit the artwork to dA

-50% decision, 50% votes.
A votation period will be from Feb 4 to 20, 2008.
Results to be posted February 23.
