It's Baiko cum Sistra cum The Goddess of Memory (whom readers of CofW know as Elessario/Desiradera) ...this was what her original, mortal self looked like...but she wasn't too burlesque. You'll find tons of art of her in the "Ephemeral Lustre" folder...and her alter-self in CofW.
